All Spiritual Advisors are part of our feedback programme. All Spiritual Advisors can be rated by users after Sessions are completed. The Ratings aim to support you in your advising methods, give you insights on how you’re doing, how your clients preceive you and offer the chance to make an even greater impact on your Clients than you already are.

'Profile views' are the number of unique users who have recently viewed your profile, and there are a number of factors affecting how many people view your profile. Keep in mind that the Spiritual Categories you offer can impact the number of profile views you get. And also the more different Languages you speak the more attractive you are for more users. If you’re keen to get more profile views, we recommend: Profile photo: A high quality photo will increase the chance of Users clicking on your profile. We recommend that you upload a well-lit, high quality photo that is taken of just yourself that is of you in a spiritual setting is a great idea. Profile video: Please upload a high quality Profile Video to Youtube and then include the link on your profile Page. This Video should include a short introduction of yourself, your Spiritual Talents and Spiritual Services you offer. A profile video gives users a flavour of your personality and approach to Sessions. And if you’re not looking for work, you can always set your profile to ‘unavailable’, and we won’t show it to Users for the time being.

Getting started checklist; It’s important to have the right tech and make sure it’s up to date not only to improve the quality of your sessions but also to help us improve our safeguarding provisions. Here is a checklist to help you get ready for your first session: You'll need: 1)One of the following devices • Smartphone (Android or Apple) • Windows Laptop or Desktop • Macbook or iMac. 2)A Microphone • We recommend using a wired headset with a microphone. • Apple Earphones and Bluetooth devices (like AirPods) are not recommended as this may disrupt the audio and lead to echos or a lack of audio. 3)A webcam • Any webcam will do! Normally your device will already have a default camera built in • Please note, all S-Advisors are required to use their webcam during Sessions. 4)Strong internet connection • We recommend using a wired (ethernet) connection if possible. • You will need at least 2mb/s upload and download speeds. 5)A compatible browser • We recommend using Google Chrome as your browser, but we also support Safari and Firefox on a desktop. • If you’re using an iPad - please launch your Sessions in a Safari browser • Try accessing the page using an Incognito/Private browsing window as this tends to help the connection during Sessions. • You can find out more information on our supported internet browsers here. 6)Skype App Please download and install Skype here https://www.skype.com/en/get-skype/ 7)Set up a Spiritual Advisor Profile.

When will I be paid? We take the hassle out of payments by handling them for you through our online payment system. Users pay for bookings 24 hours before they take place and this payment is collected by Holistic-Advice on behalf of S-Advisors - you’re then paid directly into your bank account twice a month. All of your completed bookings in a pay round will then be paid in the next payment round. We process payments a couple of days after the end of the period they were completed in, just in case you need to refund any sessions. Payments are processed: • On the 18th of the month for Sessions completed between the 1st and 15th. • On the 3rd of the following month for Sessions completed between the 16th and end of the month. However please note, if the payment date falls on a weekend or Bank Holiday it will not be processed until the next working day. When should I receive the money? BACS payments can take 3-5 working days to reach your account after we've paid them, depending on which bank you're with. This means (in a normal month) the money will arrive in most S-Advisors bank accounts on roughly the 21st of the month and the 6th of the month.

Compare their profiles to learn about their background, experience and availability. Don't forget to take a peek at their reviews from other clients! 3. Message a Spiritual Advisor (or two, or three) and book your session at a time that suits you. 4. Book Sessions and pay as you go. There are no hidden costs and you can skip or cancel any time.

Once a Session has been booked, the Spiritual Advisor will place a Video Session Chatlink in the „Upcoming Meetings“ Area of the Users Profile. You the User then, just needs to click on the Video Session Chat Link to take part in the Spiritual Session

All sessions are to be paid via Credit Card; Sessions must be paid for before they take place to ensure that S-Advisor confirms the Session. If you're having trouble paying, please reach out to our support team on livechat.

You can start finding the right Spiritual Advisor for you by clicking on Find a Spiritual Advisor at the top of your Holistic-Advice account. Here, you can search S-advisors by topic, level, availability, budget and more. Once you’ve found some S-Advisors you think you’d like Sessions with, you can send them a message via their profile to let them know what you’re looking for. The S-Advisor will then respond to your message which you can find in your messages at the top of your account. We recommend speaking to a few S-Advisors so you can see which one is right for you. Your S-Advisor can then suggest some times for the free meeting, once they have simply click ‘Book an Appointment’ to complete the booking, or you can suggest some times that work for you by clicking book free meeting. You can , if you want to, install Skype on your device before your Session to check that everythings running smoothly. If not, then you can use Skype easily via your Internet Browser Or you can go right ahead and schedule a Session according to your own personal schedule. How do I book in my first Session? Once you’ve found the right S-Advisor and decided on a time and date for Sessions, you can send a booking request to your S-Advisor from your bookings page. How do I cancel or reschedule a booking? You can handle all your bookings from your bookings page, if you need to cancel or reschedule we recommend messaging your S-Advisor first just to keep them in the loop.
